Anti-Bribery and Corruption Statement
Last updated: 3rd August 2026
NSOffice.AI has a zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. This statement explains our commitment and how anyone, including our customers, suppliers, and partners, can raise a concern.
1. Our Commitment
We do not offer, promise, give, solicit, or accept a bribe in any form, involving a government official, a private individual, or a business, anywhere we operate. This applies regardless of local custom or competitive pressure, and is not subject to commercial justification. This commitment is set out in full in our internal Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, which every member of our team is required to follow.
2. What This Covers
Our policy prohibits, among other things:
- Payments, gifts, or favors intended to influence a business decision or induce improper conduct.
- Kickbacks paid or received to secure a contract or preferential treatment.
- Facilitation payments of any kind, even where they may be locally common.
- Bribery conducted indirectly, through an agent, reseller, or other third party acting on our behalf.
3. How We Prevent It
- All personnel receive anti-bribery training as part of onboarding, with additional training for customer facing and procurement roles.
- We conduct due diligence on suppliers, agents, and partners before engaging them, proportionate to the corruption risk involved.
- Gifts and hospitality above a defined value must be declared and approved in advance.
- Financial transactions and donations are accurately recorded and subject to internal review.
4. Raising a Concern
If you suspect bribery or corruption involving NSOffice.AI, whether by a member of our team, a partner, or anyone acting on our behalf, please report it. You do not need to be an employee to raise a concern under this statement — our customers, suppliers, and the public are equally welcome to come forward.
Email customersupport@nsoffice.ai with as much detail as you can provide. Reports are treated confidentially, and anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected against retaliation. See also our Whistleblowing and Speak Up Policy.
