Whistleblowing and Speak Up Policy

Last updated: 3rd August 2026

NSOffice.AI wants to hear about genuine concerns regarding our conduct, and to make it safe for anyone to raise one. This page explains what you can report, how, and what protection you have for coming forward.

1. Who This Is For

This policy is for anyone with a genuine concern about NSOffice.AI, our employees, or anyone acting on our behalf. You do not need to be an employee to use it. Customers, suppliers, contractors, job applicants, and members of the public are equally welcome to raise a concern.

2. What You Can Report

We want to hear about a reasonable, good faith belief that one or more of the following is happening, has happened, or is likely to happen:

You do not need proof, only a reasonable belief based on the information available to you. You will not lose the protections in this policy if your concern turns out, after investigation, to be mistaken, provided you raised it honestly.

3. How to Raise a Concern

Email customersupport@nsoffice.ai with as much detail as you can provide: what happened, when, who was involved, and any supporting information. A lack of complete detail should never stop you from coming forward.

4. Confidentiality and Anonymous Reports

We will make every effort to keep your identity confidential if you ask us to, and will only share it where necessary to investigate properly, where required by law, or with your consent. You may also report anonymously, though this can limit how fully we're able to investigate or keep you informed of the outcome.

5. Protection Against Retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. This is a serious matter for us internally, and applies regardless of whether you are an employee, contractor, or an external party who has raised a concern about us.

6. What Happens Next

  • You will receive acknowledgment of your report within a reasonable period.
  • We will assess the concern and determine an appropriate way to look into it.
  • You will be kept informed of general progress, to the extent consistent with confidentiality.
