Sub-processors

Last updated: 3rd August 2026

A sub-processor is a third party we engage to help deliver the NSOffice.AI platform, who may process personal data on our customers' behalf as a result. This page lists every sub-processor we currently use. We'll notify you at least 14 days before adding a new one.

1. AI Model Sub-processors

These providers only ever receive content that has already passed through our guardrails layer, which is designed to detect and redact personal data before anything is submitted for AI processing.

Our self-hosted model runs entirely within our own infrastructure and never sends data to an external provider — it is intentionally not listed above, as it is not a sub-processor.

2. Infrastructure Sub-processors

Hosting is regional, consistent with our data residency commitments: your organization's data is hosted only in its own region.
