In September, Phantom Takes Over Internal Traffic
In August we deliberately pulled Phantom back from client-facing query share to fine-tune and re ground it. That pause ends in September: every connector goes live on Phantom, meaning every query to an internal system and every workflow it triggers routes through Phantom by default, not a public model.
The 20% that still leaves Phantom will be the genuinely hard reasoning work — the queries that need a frontier model's depth, not routine retrieval or workflow execution. Everything else stays inside the client's own environment. Beyond the sovereignty argument, this also improves the economics: internal-search prompts get expensive when they're paying frontier-model token prices for work Phantom can do locally.
Making Your Entire Organisation Queryable
13 connectors live now, up from 12 last month; retrieval across them runs at 100% accuracy. That part of the problem is solved. What's still in progress is the harder layer above it: turning raw retrieval into intelligence and context, not just correct answers to direct questions.

Retrieval Accuracy
This is the toughest use case we've taken on. Across the organisations we work with, 67% of professional time goes into information assembly, context assembly, and cross-functional coordination — not the decision itself. We're targeting a 90% reduction in that time.

What Moved This Month, And What It Means For Us
Competition
Glean is building the layer beneath the interface
Nearly doubled its Fortune 500 base in a year, pitching the same “own the context layer” ground we stand on. So What: we compete on sovereignty and workflow depth, not on saying the words first.
Ecosystem
Salesforce and Anthropic launched Claudeforce
Salesforce becomes a connector inside Claude, not the other way around. So What: the same flip we’ve built NSOffice.AI around, now playing out at hyperscale.
Consolidation
Nvidia is reportedly buying Hugging Face for ~$13B
Not yet a signed deal, but the open-model ecosystem is consolidating under one hardware vendor. So What: staying model-agnostic gets more valuable as neutral access gets harder to buy.
Taking The Shop-Floor Case Public In Hyderabad
27 August, CII Telangana's Master Class on AI in Manufacturing, Apollo Tyres as AI Innovation Partner — on the same agenda as case studies from ITC and Apollo Tyres. Andy, our AI avatar, opened by taking live audience questions before the case study: the flip, one interface for plant systems, data sovereignty, four Bees demoed live.
Thank You For Backing This Before It Was Provable.
Six months in, we're no longer the only ones saying this bet is right. An independent analyst says so. A client base spreading across four continents says so. A market rebuilding itself around the same architecture says so. Thank you for being part of this with us.
