Delete your NSOffice.AI account
This page applies to NSOffice.AI on the web and the NSOffice.AI Android app, provided by Netscience Technologies Private Limited.
Your NSOffice.AI account is provided and managed by your organization. You can request deletion of your account and all its data at any time, from inside NSOffice.AI or by email. Your organization's administrator approves the request.
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent after 30 days. To keep a copy of your data, download it first: Account > Privacy & data > Download my data.
- To remove your chats and files but keep your account, use Delete my data instead (see Delete only your data below).
Request account deletion in NSOffice.AI
On the web or in the Android app:
- Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Account.
- Open Privacy & data.
- Under Data actions, select Request account deletion and confirm.
Your request goes to your organization's administrator. We email you when it has been approved.
If you cannot sign in
Email customersupport@nsoffice.ai from the work email address on your account.
- Use the subject "Delete my NSOffice.AI account".
- Include your organization's name.
We confirm the request with your organization's administrator and act on it within one month. You can also ask your administrator directly.
What happens after approval
- Your access ends immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
- Your account and its data are permanently deleted 30 days later, on the date given in our email.
- To change your mind, contact your organization's administrator within those 30 days. They can stop the deletion and restore your account. If you try to sign in during this period, you will see the deletion date.
What is deleted
Your account (your name, work email and sign-in) and everything in it:
- your chats and AI answers, including chats with agents and connected apps
- the projects you created
- the documents and images you uploaded, and the text and search index built from them
- the files NSOffice.AI generated for you, such as documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- the AI memory built from your conversations
- your connections to other apps, such as email or calendar
- activity logs linked to your account
What is kept
- Usage records for your organization's subscription, with your name and email removed, so your organization's billing stays correct.
- Records we must keep by law, for the period the law requires.
Delete only your data
To remove your data but keep using NSOffice.AI, go to Account > Privacy & data and select Delete my data.
- Your organization's administrator approves the request.
- Your chats, files and AI memory are removed from view at once and permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Activity logs are deleted after 180 days.
- You can ask to cancel within 30 days.
