Our bet is compounding.

It's been quite a run since we launched NSOffice.AI on 5 March 2026.

We had a good business. We bet on a bigger one.

A year ago, Network Science — our AI-native consulting firm — was firing on all cylinders: ~$2M in revenue, 200+ clients, 1,000+ workflows reimagined, 5x ROI delivered for the businesses we touched. By any normal measure, that's a business you keep scaling.

We looked at it differently. We were in the room with client after client, and the same three cracks kept showing up beneath the surface:

AI was being bolted on project by project, with no underlying architecture that learns and compounds with every action and builds the context for the enterprise.

Clients were sitting on mountains of data but still had no easy access for employees, with up to 90% of the time lost just collecting information — delaying the whole decision-making process.

Shadow AI — employees quietly feeding confidential data into ungoverned tools — was becoming the norm, not the exception.

We could see where those three cracks were heading, and we made the harder call: stop selling the fix project by project, and build the platform that solves it once, for good.

NSOffice.AI is an Enterprise Sovereign AI Platform that builds an Enterprise Brain and owns the context for every company compounding with every activity undertaken on the platform, whether that's external search, document analysis, internal search, or agentic workflows.

The Market Is Proving Us Right Faster Than We Expected

Five months since launch, the signal is clear: enterprises aren't looking for another point solution, they're looking for the layer that connects everything already running underneath. That's showing up in how fast signed clients are moving to live, in the shape of the workloads landing in our pipeline, and in the calibre of the partners now coming to us rather than the other way around.

$100M–$2B revenue companies

Horizontal, sector-agnostic — finance, HR, procurement, audit, legal, and other manual-effort-heavy work

UK, Europe, India, APAC, Middle East today — US planned later

That's the gap NSOffice.AI is built to own, and it's opening up faster than even we expected six months ago.

31 Live, And Accelerating

Live On Platform

$1B–$2B Turnover

Clients span manufacturing, pharma, financial services, energy, and education/social impact. Our anchor account — a pharmaceutical CDMO — has been live and consumption-based since launch. Our largest deployment by workforce — a manufacturing enterprise — represents a potential of ~5,500 knowledge workers on the platform.

Think, Know, Do — All Compounding

Before any query reaches a frontier model, it passes through Phantom — the client's local Enterprise Brain. Phantom reads intent, decides what actually needs frontier-level reasoning versus what it can resolve itself, and strips PII before anything leaves the client's environment. It's the primary LLM behind Know and Do, and the first stop in Think. The result: token consumption across the platform is cut by a massive 60%.

Think

Our clients have generated ~2,000 artifacts using the Think module so far. Model usage today is genuinely multi-LLM — clients route between providers by task, with our own fine-tuned private LLM, Phantom, available for sovereign and private deployments:

OpenAI57%
Anthropic39%
Phantom0.5%

Across those models, we've now processed 1.2 billion tokens since launch — and the pace is accelerating fast. Share of that total by month:

3.9%
Mar
3.2%
Apr
12.2%
May
16.5%
Jun
64.2%
Jul

July alone accounted for nearly two-thirds of all tokens processed since launch — the clearest single signal we have that usage is compounding, not just client count.

12 connectors now live on the KNOW module, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Xero, ERP Next, MS SQL, and Oracle Database — all running on Phantom as the primary LLM, keeping routine retrieval local rather than round-tripping to a frontier model.

30 Bees ready for demonstration, with 5 already in live action: Audit Readiness, Ad Radar, Equity Research, Complex Excel File Analysis, and Legal Contracting — Bees run on Phantom by default too, calling out to a frontier model only for the steps that genuinely need it.

Distribution Through The World's Largest Tech Distributor

We've signed a strategic distributor agreement with Tech Data/TD SYNNEX covering 11 countries including India, Australia, and Singapore — giving us access to 10,000+ companies across the APAC market.

Beyond this, we're exploring partnerships globally with companies that have a strong vision for AI but can't execute on it themselves — pairing their reach and relationships with the platform to get them there.

The Compliance Bar Enterprise Buyers Expect

We treat compliance as a first-class part of the product, not a checkbox after the fact — the enterprises we sell into won't hand over their data or their workflows to a platform that can't prove it's earned that trust, and we'd rather be over-certified than explain a gap in a security review.

A note to every Network Scientist.

None of this happens without the people building it every day. We're genuinely proud of what you're putting into the world — the pace, the craft, and the standard you're holding this platform to. As we scale, we're moving toward having 30 Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) trained and in the field, dedicated to helping our clients actually adopt NSOffice.AI — not just deploy it. Thank you for building the thing that makes that possible.

Five months ago this was a bet. Today it's a platform live inside 31 companies, compounding a little more with every search, every document, every workflow it touches — and we're only just getting started.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
